1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to current NEAR YOU Pest Control customers in good standing and customers who receive a Lego Dan in January or February of 2026. Void where prohibited.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest begins January 1, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before the start date or after the end date are not eligible.

3.HOW TO ENTER

Participants must submit an entry featuring their Lego Dan by emailing photos to:

Scheduling@NearYouPest.Com. Entries must comply with all applicable laws and may not contain inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing materials.

4.LIMITATIONS

Multiple entries are allowed, but only one $5 credit per account. 

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: $500 toward bimonthly pest control services (1 available)

2nd Place Prize: $300 toward bimonthly pest control services (1 available)

3rd Place Prize: $00 toward bimonthly pest control services (1 available)

Prizes are nontransferable. Substitutions only if required due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s 

control. Additional prizes will be given at the discretion of Near You Pest Control Owners.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by NEAR YOU Pest Control office staff based on creativity and originality. All decisions are final.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by phone call no later than July 7, 2026.

8.GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud or technical issues impair integrity. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor. Entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9.RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and affiliates from liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or incomplete entries. This contest is not affiliated with Lego.
