NEAR You Pest Control is a small, locally owned company based in Rio Linda, California. We originally began as Rio Linda Pest Control, but over time we realized many customers believed we only served the Rio Linda area. To better represent the communities we proudly serve, NEAR You Pest Control was born.

The name NEAR reflects our service areas:

• N – Natomas & North Highlands
• E – Elverta
• A – Antelope
• R – Rio Linda & Roseville

Owner Dan Welch began his career working for a larger pest control company, where he gained valuable experience and industry knowledge. He later took those skills overseas, helping provide safe and sanitary environments for our military.

After returning home, in 2015 Dan pursued his dream of starting his own pest control business. Through hard work, dedication, and strong community involvement, he grew the company from a one-man operation into a trusted team with three technicians and an office manager.

Today, Dan remains actively involved in daily operations and is proud to support the communities we serve.
