While we do offer select commercial pest control services, our primary focus is protecting homes and families throughout our community. In most cases, no, you do not need to be home for your pest control service.

Our technicians can typically perform the exterior treatment, remove spider webs, treat accessible areas around your home, and inspect for pest activity without anyone being present. Once service is completed, we'll leave a door tag and email you your work order/Invoice.

We only need access to the inside of your home if: 

• You are experiencing an interior pest issue that requires indoor treatment. 
• You specifically request an interior service. 
• Our technician identifies a situation that requires indoor inspection or treatment. 

If gates are locked, pets need to be secured, or there are special instructions for accessing your property, please let us know before your appointment.

When used according to label directions, our treatments are designed to be applied safely and effectively. We will always provide any necessary instructions following service. 

Some pests may be affected immediately, while others can take several days to weeks depending on the pest species and level of infestation. 

 It's common to see increased pest activity shortly after treatment. Pests are often flushed out of hiding places before they are eliminated. 

 If you're on a recurring service plan and experience a covered pest issue between scheduled visits, contact us and we'll come out to help solve your issue. Best part, it included in your service, so callbacks are FREE! 

Exterior treatments solve most pest problems. Interior treatments are available when needed or upon request, ALSO INCLUDED in your service. You will have to be out of the house for 2 hours.
